The rulings library, hub pages and digest summarise decisions and circulars for professional readers. They are general information, not legal or tax advice, and not a substitute for advice on your specific facts. Authorities revise positions and courts distinguish precedents; verify currency before relying on any note.

Engagements are constituted in writing

Work on a client file begins only after written engagement terms (including the NDA) are agreed between Expert Tax Solutions LLP and the instructing firm. Nothing on this site, and no WhatsApp exchange, creates an engagement by itself.

Deliverables are prepared for the instructing firm's professional use. The instructing firm remains responsible for filing, representation and advice to its client.

Library content and reuse

Ruling notes may be quoted for professional purposes with attribution to Solutions.Tax. Bulk reproduction of the library, or republication without attribution, is not permitted.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Expert Tax Solutions LLP accepts no liability for actions taken on the basis of website content alone. Liability under formal engagements is as set out in the engagement terms.

Governing law
